SHIPPING & RETURNS
While Maayin.com takes at most precaution in appropriately packing all products for safe deliveries, customers can return products, incase.
- Damaged Goods are delivered
- Delivery of wrong items
- Defective products
- Found to be short in quantity
In order to return any of the shipped items.
- Please mail us at info@maayin.com mentioning Item description, invoice details, nature of the problem faced and contact details.
- On receiving an approval from our side, you have to send back the item to Maayin. Items must be returned in new & unused condition.
If a customer ships back to us without getting approval, they may not receive a refund or exchange.
Request for return/ replacement in respect of the products shall be entertained only within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product
Requests for cash refund cannot be entertained. Returned item can either be exchanged for a fresh piece or settled through a credit voucher
The shipping charge shall be born by the customer which will be informed to the customer through an email
In case of Precious and Semi-precious Jewelry items, the returned item can also be exchanged against another item of equivalent value
Item(s) returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Maayin will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the return shipments.
No Claims will be entertained.
Item(s) purchased under the sale will not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
